Insight: Problem Solving Workshop is a fast-paced, active, one-day problem solving course.  This course has been designed to provide individuals at all levels of an organization with a variety of problem solving tools supported by a common model that can be used in diverse workplace situations.  Participants work in teams to explore the problem and identify causes, define the problem, explore solutions, and decide on a practical resolution.
