Negotiating For Results

Negotiating for Results is a two-day course that provides the process and techniques for effective negotiation. It focuses on developing areas of mutual interest for successful negotiations with internal and external clients. Participants learn to turn tactical negotiations with customers, vendors, and people inside the enterprise into strategic negotiations that build relationships.
